[09.52 se la Tigellata è in previsione..pronta la torta per l'occasione! ]

Casa invasa dagli amici, piastra per le Tigelle pronta, tavola apparecchiata alla perfezione.
Bellissima serata, tante risate..non poteva certo mancare la torta per l' occasione!
Ho unito 3 ricette collaudate in modo da avere margine di rischio!ùE siccome squadra che vince non si cambia....

125 ml acqua
65 gr burro
17 gr cacao amaro
150 gr farina
1/2 cucchiaino di lievito
1/2 cucchiaino di bicarbonato
220 gr zucchero
1 uovo
65 ml latticello
1 bustina di vanillina
Per la crema chantilly:
100 ml di panna da montare fredda
20 gr. di zucchero a velo
1 cucchiaio di crema al pistacchio Babbi
Per la ganache:
100 ml panna da montare
100 gr cioccolato fondente

Preparazione:
Riscaldare il forno a 160°. Preparare 1 stampo da 18 cm.
Mettere l'acqua, il burro e il cacao in un pentolino e metterlo sopra al fuoco fino a quando il burro sarà sciolto; mettere da parte.
Setacciare la farina, il bicarbonato e il lievito in una ciotola. Aggiungere lo zucchero e mescolare bene.
Aggiungere la mistura di cacao e mescolare. Aggiungere le uova, il latticello e la vanillina e mescolare bene.
Mettere il composto nello stampo. Infornare per 40/45 minuti. Far raffreddare bene.
Tagliare la torta in 2 strati (per facilitare questa operazione mettere le torte nel freezer per un'oretta).
Preparare la crema chantilly: mettere le fruste e la panna da montare in frigo in modo che al momento dell'utilizzo sia tutto ben freddo. Mescolare la panna con lo zucchero a velo fino a quando la crema risulta compatta e soda e ha raddoppiato il suo volume. Solo alla fine aggiungere la crema al pistacchio e mescolare ancora.
Mettere la crema tra i due dischi di torta.
Prepare la ganache mescolando la cioccolata sciolta e la panna. Coprire la torta.
Volendo, decorare con la crema chantilly rimasta.

125 ml water
65 gr butter
17 gr dark cocoa
150 gr flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
220 gr sugar
1 egg
65 ml buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
For chantilly cream:
100 ml whipped cream (cold)
20 gr. confectioner sugar
1 tbs pistacchio spread cream
For the ganache:
100 ml whipped cream
100 gr dark chocolate

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 160° C (325° F). Lightly grease 2, 18 cm round cake tins and line with parchment paper.
Place the water, butter and cocoa in a small saucepan over medium heat and stir until the butter has melted; set aside.
Using a fine-mesh sieve, sift the flour and bicarbonate of soda into a large bowl. Add sugar and whisk to combine well.
Add the cocoa mixture and whisk to combine. Add the eggs, buttermilk and vanilla and whisk to combine.
Divide batter evenly between the 2 cake tins. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a cake tester inserted in centre of cake comes out clean.
Allow to cool in the tins on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Turn out onto wire racks to cool completely.
Prepare the chantilly: mix cold whipped cream with confectioner sugar until the batter is firmed and doubled. Then add the spread cream and mix again.
Prepare the ganache melting the chocolate and mixnig with the whipped cream.

To assemble:

Slice the cooled cakes in half horizontally.
Place one cake layer on a plate and spread the chantilly on it. Cover with the remaining layer and spread the ganache. Decorate with chantilly.
